Lift Check Valve
Product Introduction
The disc of the lift check valve slides along the vertical center line of the valve body. When the medium flows forward, the disc is lifted by the fluid thrust, allowing the medium to pass smoothly; when the medium stops flowing or flows backward, the disc closes quickly under the action of its own gravity and the reverse thrust of the fluid to prevent medium backflow. This type of valve is usually equipped with a guide sleeve to ensure that the disc remains stable during the lifting process and accurately falls back on the valve seat.
Technical Features
Simple structure and high reliability: The disc is the only moving part, with a compact structure.
Quick closing capability: The disc has a short stroke and can complete the closing action in a short time, effectively reducing water hammer.
Wide application range: Suitable for various media, including water, steam, gas, etc., and performs excellently especially in small and medium-diameter pipelines.
Good sealing performance: Adopts metal-to-metal sealing pair, ensuring reliable sealing.
