Y Type Bellows Sealed Globe Valve
Product Overview
The Y Type Bellows Sealed Globe Valve adopts a non-rising stem design. The upper end of the bellows is welded to the sealing disc, and the lower end is welded to the valve stem. The bellows serves as the first seal at the valve stem hole of the bonnet, and the second seal is the gland packing. Compared with ordinary packing globe valves which are prone to aging and leakage, the metal bellows seal is safer, more durable, has a longer service life, greatly reduces the frequency of maintenance and replacement, and saves the cost of the user unit.
The valve is mainly flange-connected, and can also be processed into butt welding, socket welding and other connection methods.
The valve seat welding material is 507Mo with a standard thickness. The valve disc hardness has been quenched, and the hardness is about 40.
The valve stem is equipped with an indicating lifting position, making the opening and closing status of the valve more intuitive.
The Y-type design can be applied when the spatial position is limited. In addition, the Y-type design has the smallest medium flow resistance, reducing the loss of medium kinetic energy.
Structural Features
The valve body flow channel of the Y Type Bellows Sealed Globe Valve adopts a straight-through structure. This structure has smaller fluid resistance than the straight-through structure, which can accelerate the medium flow rate, reduce pressure loss and energy consumption. It is especially suitable for viscous and easy-caking media.
The valve body adopts German film sand casting technology, which greatly improves the surface finish and mechanical properties of the valve body, reduces the occurrence of porosity, sand holes and cracks, and enhances the tensile strength of the casting.
When the valve is closed, the conical sealing surface with "scraping effect" can automatically remove surface impurities, ensuring reliable sealing of the valve disc and a longer service life.
Dual seal design (bellows + packing), in line with international sealing standards.
All bellows pass 100% helium leak test, and all valves pass 100% standard test to ensure zero leakage.
For products with DN150 and above, special devices are installed to effectively prevent the valve from shaking, making noise and causing internal parts damage during use, and the service life is effectively increased by more than 150%.
Various valve disc designs can be provided according to working conditions, such as throttling type valve disc, globe check type valve disc, etc.
