Product Introduction

Y-Strainer, also known as strainer or filter valve, is an indispensable filtering device in the pipeline system for conveying media. It is usually installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valves, pressure relief valves, constant water level valves or other equipment. Its function is to filter mechanical impurities in the medium, which can filter rust, sand particles in sewage, and a small amount of solid particles in liquids to protect the accessories on the equipment and pipelines from wear and blockage, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Product Features

• When water passes through the filter screen, impurities in the water are blocked by the filter screen and sink into the dirt collection tank at the lower part of the filter under their own gravity;

• Strong pollution resistance and convenient sewage discharge; large flow area and small pressure loss;

• Simple structure, small volume and light weight;

• Filter elements are all made of stainless steel, with strong corrosion resistance and long service life;

• Generally, the water passage screen is 18～30 meshes, the air passage screen is 10～100 meshes, and the oil passage screen is 100～480 meshes;

• Divided into flange connection, thread connection, etc. according to the connection mode to meet different needs.
