Product Overview
The angle type German DIN standard bellows sealed globe valve is an industrial valve complying with German DIN standards. It is mainly applied in pipeline systems of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and other fields, with functions of cutting off, distributing and changing the flow direction of media. The product is suitable for nominal pressure PN1.6-16MPa and operating conditions of -29-350℃, supports manual or electric actuation modes, and meets DIN3356 and other series of design specifications.
This valve adopts an angle type structure, and the valve body is cast from GS-C25 series stainless steel. It is equipped with a cobalt-based hard alloy overlay welding sealing surface and a double sealing design to ensure wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant performance. The valve stem is subjected to quenching and tempering as well as nitriding treatment, and forms multiple protections in combination with the bellows assembly. The part materials include ASTM series alloy steel and austenitic stainless steel, and the flange size can be customized according to working conditions. The product is equipped with a valve stem lift indication function, and the key parameters include the maximum shell test pressure of 9.6MPa. The applicable media include water, steam, oil products, etc. The main models cover DN15-DN350 calibers, and the weight increases with the improvement of pressure level.
Structural Features of Angle Type Bellows Sealed Globe Valve
As an angle type bellows sealed globe valve, its outlet is in a 90-degree right angle shape, which is suitable for installation at the corner of the pipeline system. This not only saves 90-degree elbows, reduces material consumption and saves space, but also facilitates operation.
The valve body adopts German precoated sand casting technology, which greatly improves the surface finish and mechanical properties of the valve body, reduces the occurrence of porosity, sand holes and cracks, and enhances the tensile strength of the casting.
When the valve is closed, the conical sealing surface with "scraping effect" can automatically remove surface impurities, ensuring reliable sealing of the valve disc and a longer service life.
Double sealing design (bellows + packing), in line with international sealing standards.
All bellows pass 100% helium leak test, and all valves pass 100% standard tests to ensure zero leakage.
For products above DN150, a special device (patented by our company) is added to effectively prevent the valve from trembling, making noise and causing damage to internal parts during use, and the service life is effectively increased by more than 150%.
Various valve disc designs can be provided according to working condition requirements, such as throttling disc, globe check disc, etc.
