Full metal variable area flow meter features simple structure, reliable operation, wide application range, accurate measurement and easy installation. High temperature and high pressure resistant full metal variable area flow meters include standard type and anti-corrosion type. Both types are available as local indicator type and electric remote transmission type . The sensor material of standard version is 1Cr18Ni9Ti; anti-corrosion version adopts 1Cr18Ni9Ti lined with PTFE.

If the measured medium contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter shall be installed at the inlet of the full metal variable area flow meter, and the filter material shall be consistent with the matched flowmeter.

Product Features

  1. Full metal variable area flow meter includes local display type and intelligent remote transmission type. The intelligent remote transmission model adopts high-performance microprocessor chip, multi-channel signal output and advanced data memory with data backup and recovery function to ensure data security.

  2. According to different measuring tube structures, LZ series full metal variable area flow meters are divided into Model 50, 51, 52 and 53. Different measuring tube configurations can be selected to meet diverse customer requirements, with optimized maintenance and cleaning performance.

  3. Low requirement for upstream and downstream straight pipe sections; wide turndown ratio of 10:1. Measuring range: Water (20℃): 1 ~ 200000 L/h; Air (20℃, 0.1013MPa): 0.03 ~ 4000 m³/h.

  4. Sensitive single-shaft indication, non-contact magnetic coupling transmission.

  5. Optional power supply modes: two-wire system, battery power supply and AC power supply.

  6. Suitable for high temperature, high pressure and strongly corrosive media.
