100X Remote Float Control Valve
Product Introduction
100X Remote Float Control Valve is a hydraulically operated valve with multiple integrated functions. It shall be installed at the water inlet of water tanks or elevated water towers. When the water level reaches the preset height, the main valve is closed by the float pilot valve to cut off water supply. After the water level drops, the float switch opens the main valve to refill the tank automatically.
It delivers precise liquid level control without interference from water pressure. The valve can be mounted freely according to tank height and available space, featuring easy maintenance, commissioning and inspection, reliable sealing and long service life. With stable performance, high mechanical strength and flexible action, it is applicable to pipelines below DN450. Piston-type structure is recommended for sizes above DN500.
Working Principle
When water flows into the pipeline inlet, the needle valve, ball valve and float valve stay open. Water flows through micro filter, needle valve, control chamber, ball valve and float valve into the tank. No pressure builds up in the control chamber, so the main valve opens to supply water to the tank/tower.
Once the water surface rises to the preset level, the float rises to close the float valve. Pressure inside the control chamber rises and pushes the main valve closed to stop water supply. When the water level falls, the float valve reopens, chamber pressure drops, and the main valve opens again to maintain the set liquid level.
