Extended Bellows Sealed Globe Valve
Extended Bellows Sealed Globe Valve: Sealing Performance & Specifications
The sealing element of the Extended Bellows Sealed Globe Valve is a high-temperature and corrosion-resistant material. It is added at the bellows to form a secondary seal, which is an additional seal compared to traditional bellows sealed globe valves, resulting in atriple seal structure with safer and more reliable performance. The Extended Bellows Sealed Globe Valve is widely used in petrochemical, chemical fiber and textile, plastic and papermaking, power and steel, printing and dyeing rubber, natural gas and other gas industries. It has safe and reliable performance and is extensively applied in industrial fluids such as ethylene glycol. Adopting the bellows sealing design, it eliminates the shortcomings of ordinary valves such as rapid stem aging and easy leakage. It not only improves energy efficiency, enhances the safety of production equipment, reduces maintenance and frequent repairs, but also provides a clean and safe working environment.
Structural Features of Extended Bellows Sealed Globe Valve
Valve Stem: The thickened valve stem can enhance wear resistance, making it particularly suitable for steam systems and heat transfer oil systems.
Bellows: Extended, multi-layer wall, torque-resistant, and long-life bellows.
Bellows Protective Space Design: The bellows is sealed in a closed space, not affected by medium, pressure, or temperature.
Back Seal Design: Equipped with a stroke limiter and bellows anti-vibration device in the open position.
Valve Body: Adopts German precoated sand casting technology, which greatly improves the surface finish and mechanical properties of the valve body, reduces the occurrence of porosity, sand holes, and cracks, and enhances the tensile strength of the casting.
