Ammonia Solenoid Valves
Ammonia solenoid valves are AC or DC-powered automatic valves, mainly used for pipeline control of refrigeration systems with ammonia or Freon as the medium. With an operating pressure range of 0~6.4MPa and an applicable temperature range of -196℃ to 150℃, they are widely applied in industries such as urban construction, chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum, and pharmaceuticals.

Working Principle
The ammonia solenoid valve consists of an electromagnetic coil and a magnetic core, together with a valve body equipped with one or multiple flow orifices. When the coil is energized or de-energized, the movement of the magnetic core opens or blocks fluid passage inside the valve body, realizing the switching of fluid flow. The electromagnetic assembly comprises a fixed iron core, moving iron core and coil. The valve body assembly includes a spool, sleeve and spring base. The electromagnetic coil is mounted directly onto the valve body, and the magnetic core is enclosed within a sealed tube, forming a compact integrated unit. Energization and de-energization of the coil correspond to the opening and closing actions of the valve.
Application Fields
Ammonia solenoid valves are widely used in pipeline systems and manufacturing equipment handling corrosive fluids, such as agricultural machinery, medical devices, biopharmaceutical facilities, chemical engineering, wastewater treatment equipment and filling systems. Suitable for media of various corrosive chemical fluids, they serve as supporting components for automated chemical fluid production equipment.
Key Features of Ammonia Solenoid Valves
The main body is made of high-quality stainless steel, adopting a diaphragm seal structure design to achieve low pressure difference startup (0.03MPa).
Available connection methods include steel union connection, flanged welding, etc.
The excitation coil adopts a cold-bonded sealed moisture-proof structure to prevent medium erosion.
The sealing diaphragm is made of imported PTFE-reinforced composite material.
Supports multiple rated voltages: AC 380/220/110/36V and DC 220/110/36/24V.
