Installation Instructions
1. During installation, ensure the arrow marked on the valve body is consistent with the flow direction of the medium. Do not install the valve in areas with direct dripping or splashing water. The liquid ammonia solenoid valve shall be installed vertically upward.
2. The solenoid valve can work normally when the power supply voltage fluctuates within the range of -10% to +15% of the rated voltage.
3. After installation, there shall be no reverse pressure difference in the pipeline. Conduct several power-on tests to make the valve adapt to the working temperature before formal operation.
4. Thoroughly clean the pipeline before installing the solenoid valve. Ensure the conveyed medium is free of impurities, and install a filter in front of the valve.
5. To ensure continuous system operation during valve failure or cleaning, a bypass device shall be equipped.
