Pneumatic Angle Seat Valve: Features & Import Selection Recommendations

For the external pilot pneumatic angle seat valve, there is a self-adjusting sealing gland between the overflow port and the slider. Compared with ordinary globe valves, the angle seat structure of the valve body can achieve a larger flow rate. Pneumatic angle seat valves are designed based on the characteristics of no flow resistance, no water hammer, and large flow rate. 4. Select the matching solenoid valve specification according to the action type: 2-position 3-way, 2-position 5-way, DC24V, AC220V;

5. Select the connection method according to needs. The main connection methods include flange, internal thread, quick-installation, and welding; internal thread is generally commonly used, such as G-thread and NPT-thread angle seat valves commonly available in the market; while quick-installation clamp connection is selected for food hygiene grade applications;

6. Select the valve body material of the globe valve. Common materials are stainless steel 304, 316, and 316L;

The stainless steel head is more durable and high-temperature resistant, but the price is also higher.
