High-Temperature High-Pressure Bellows Sealed Globe Valve
The High-Temperature High-Pressure Bellows Sealed Globe Valve integrates the technical advantages of pressure self-sealing valves and bellows valves. It possesses the stable performance of self-sealing valves when operating under high temperature and high pressure: the higher the medium pressure, the greater the upward thrust on the middle channel, resulting in a better sealing effect and eliminating the risk of middle channel leakage. Additionally, it features the triple-seal design of bellows valves (bellows seal, valve stem packing seal, and valve stem back seal). In the event of bellows seal failure, the valve stem packing will prevent leakage; even if the packing leaks, the valve stem back seal can block leakage when fully open, allowing for timely packing replacement. This design complies with international sealing standards.
Structural Features of High-Temperature High-Pressure Bellows Sealed Globe Valve
The connection between the valve body and bonnet adopts a pressure self-sealing structure, combining a wedge-shaped sealing ring (graphite with stainless steel wire) and a split ring. This forces the sealing ring to deform under high pressure to achieve reliable sealing—sealing performance improves as pressure increases.
The metal bellows, a key component of the bellows seal, is connected to the valve stem assembly via automatic girth welding at the lower end and to the connecting plate via automatic girth welding at the upper end. It forms a protective barrier between the fluid medium and the valve stem, ensuring zero leakage of the valve stem.
The optimized stuffing box design uses a combination of braided graphite, flexible graphite packing, and end packing gaskets to ensure no external leakage, meeting environmental protection requirements.
The valve stem back seal design facilitates convenient packing replacement under special circumstances.
The valve seat sealing surface is overlay welded with cemented carbide, guaranteeing safe and reliable operation for extended periods.
The manual opening/closing component adopts a thrust bearing structure, enabling quick valve opening and effortless closing.
