Pneumatic 1-Piece Ball Valves Overview

Pneumatic 1-piece ball valves are mainly composed of pneumatic actuators and 1-piece ball valve bodies. They are suitable for pipeline working conditions with pressure below PN1.6MPa and operating temperature ranging from -29℃ to 120℃. The valve body is manufactured by casting process, featuring reasonable structure and attractive appearance. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with reverse sealing, which prevents the stem from being ejected when abnormal pressure rises in the valve cavity. A 90° on-off positioning mechanism can be installed and locked as needed to prevent misoperation.
