The pneumatic PPR butterfly valve features light weight, outstanding corrosion resistance, hygienic and non-toxic material, good wear resistance, easy disassembly and simple maintenance. It is widely used in pipelines for pure water and drinking water, drainage and sewage, salt water and seawater, as well as acid, alkali and chemical solution delivery systems.

Product Features

1. It complies with national sanitary standards. The heavy ion content in the conveyed medium reaches the standard for ultrapure water.

2. It owns high strength and good toughness. The smooth inner wall reduces friction resistance and adhesion during fluid delivery.

3. Excellent chemical corrosion resistance and self-extinguishing flame retardant property.

4. Light weight: only 1/5 of steel pipe and 1/6 of copper pipe. Low thermal conductivity, about 1/200 of steel.

5. Great anti-aging and anti-UV performance, which effectively prolongs the service life compared with ordinary pipeline valves.

Pneumatic Actuator

This valve is equipped with new ATD series pneumatic actuators, available in double-acting and single-acting (spring return) types with reliable gear transmission.

1. Gear-driven double piston structure delivers large output torque with compact size.

2. The cylinder is made of aluminum alloy, light in weight and elegant in appearance.

3. Manual operating mechanism can be installed on the top and bottom of the actuator.

4. Rack connection allows adjustment of opening angle and rated flow.

5. Electric signal feedback and various accessories are optional to realize automatic operation.

6. Adopts ISO5211 standard connection for easy installation and replacement.

7. Adjustable screws at both ends provide a ±4° adjustment range at 0° and 90°, ensuring high synchronous accuracy between actuator and valve.
