1. Product Overview & Application
The pneumatic hard seal flange butterfly valve is designed for high-temperature and harsh working conditions with a medium temperature up to 425℃. It is widely used in metallurgy, power generation, petrochemical, generator furnace, coal gas, steam, natural gas, city gas, hot and cold air, chemical smelting, power plant environmental protection systems, water supply and drainage, municipal construction and other industrial pipelines. It is applied to regulate and cut off corrosive and non-corrosive fluid media.
Typical application fields include urban building systems, municipal heating systems, gas transportation systems, environmental protection pipeline systems, petroleum transportation systems, offshore platforms, inorganic chemical industries, energy power generation and other critical process pipeline systems.

4. Optional Accessories Function
Limit Switch: Realizes remote feedback of valve open/close status signal.

Air Service Unit (3-piece set): Stabilizes air pressure, filters air source and provides lubrication for cylinder operation.
Handwheel Mechanism: Supports manual emergency opening and closing during pneumatic failure.
Electro-pneumatic Positioner: Receives 4~20mA DC control signal to realize precise flow regulation.
