Pneumatic Sanitary PTFE Lined Butterfly Valve
1. Product Overview
The pneumatic sanitary PTFE lined butterfly valve is a center-sealed butterfly valve designed for sanitary-grade working conditions. It adopts high-performance white PTFE material for the sealing seat. Featuring excellent chemical resistance and self-lubricating properties, PTFE material effectively overcomes the application limitations of traditional rubber-seated sanitary butterfly valves. Compared with ordinary PTFE lined butterfly valves, this model delivers lower operating torque and smoother rotation performance.
Most importantly, it completely solves the long-standing risk of material contamination caused by rubber peeling in sanitary powder processing industries. This valve is widely used in sterile pharmaceutical powder processing, milk powder, starch, sugar manufacturing and other sanitary production fields. It is especially suitable for working conditions where rubber sealing seats cannot be applied.
