Product Detail

The pneumatic 3‑piece ball valve is available in integral type, 2‑piece type and 3‑piece type. Advanced casting technology is adopted for valve body casting with reasonable structure and elegant appearance. The valve seat applies elastic sealing structure to achieve reliable sealing and easy opening‑closing. The valve stem features bottom‑mounted construction with back‑seal design, preventing stem blow‑out under abnormal pressure rise inside valve cavity. A 90‑degree rotation stop mechanism can be equipped, and locking device is optional for anti‑misoperation. Internal‑thread and butt‑weld ball valves are applicable for various pipelines with PN1.0～4.0MPa, operating temperature ‑29～180℃ (reinforced PTFE seat) or ‑29～300℃ (PPL seat). It is used to cut off or connect pipeline media. With different material selections, it is suitable for water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, acetic acid, ammonia brine, neutralized water and other media.

3. Pneumatic actuator is manufactured by aluminum alloy extrusion with surface hardening treatment for nice appearance, convenient installation and transportation.

4. Precision die‑cast aluminum alloy piston ensures accurate symmetry of double pistons. Cooperated with high‑quality O‑rings and guide valve, it provides high torque‑to‑air‑pressure ratio. Double‑guide and piston design guarantees stable output torque.

5. Piston guide belt adopts high‑strength self‑lubricating material with large contact area for low friction. Normal service life can reach up to 1,000,000 cycles.

6. Advanced casting technology is applied for valve body, delivering bubble‑tight sealing, low operating torque and long service life.

7. Anti‑static device is installed between valve body and stem, together with anti‑blow‑out stem structure, suitable for various harsh working conditions. It features elegant appearance and reliable quality.
