Cryogenic Needle Valves
Definition of Cryogenic Needle Valve
A cryogenic needle valve is a professional ultra-low temperature resistant needle valve specially designed for ultra-low temperature liquefied gas fluid control scenarios. It is suitable for conveying a variety of high-risk cryogenic media, including LO2 (liquid oxygen), LN2 (liquid nitrogen), LAr (liquid argon), LNG (liquefied natural gas), LC2H4 (liquid ethylene), ethylene, liquid hydrogen, liquid ammonia, liquid propane and liquefied petroleum gas.
Imported cryogenic needle instrument valves adopt the same structural form as standard globe valves, and are equipped with a specialized extended stem design, which can stably withstand ultra-low temperature down to -196℃, ensuring normal operation and reliable sealing in extreme low temperature environments without performance failure.
