The ferrule metering valve is made of integral forged steel, featuring elegant appearance, reasonable structure and long service life. The extended valve tip can achieve the purpose of flow control through precision adjustment.

2. Technical Parameters of Stainless Steel Ferrule Metering Valve

  • Working Pressure: 1.0MPa, 16MPa, 32MPa, 50MPa

  • Applicable Temperature: -34℃ - 120℃, -196℃ - 550℃

  • Applicable Medium: Non-corrosive or corrosive media such as oil, water, gas, etc.

  • Manufacturing Materials: 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304, 316, 316L, duplex steel, titanium material, etc.

  • Connection Method: Ferrule connection, welding or butt welding, socket welding, female thread, etc. (non-standard customization available)

  • Panel-mounted installation is available; with shut-off function.

  • Metal-to-metal sealing, suitable for harsh working conditions.
