Ferrule Needle Valves
Ferrule Needle Valve Product Introduction
Structural Definition of Ferrule Needle Valve
The ferrule needle valve boasts core advantages including easy installation and disassembly, secure and stable connection, high pressure resistance, and excellent long-term sealing performance. As a precision fluid control valve with an optimized connection structure, it is widely used in key industrial scenarios such as power stations, oil fields, chemical processing equipment, and instrument measurement pipelines.
It also serves as a critical and indispensable component in instrument measurement pipeline systems, providing reliable flow control and shut-off for small-flow high-pressure fluid transmission, adapting to harsh industrial working conditions with stable performance.

Structural Features of Ferrule Needle Valve
Standard Flow Design: Complies with the "low inlet, high outlet" industrial design standard for all flow patterns, ensuring smooth fluid flow and stable operation.
Adjustable & Backsealing Structure: Equipped with an adjustable pin; the valve stem has a professional backsealing function, and the sealing packing operates in a pressure-free state, reducing wear and extending service life.
High-Strength Body Material: Manufactured from cold-drawn stainless steel or forged stainless steel, featuring excellent high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and fluid erosion resistance, with a pressure resistance range of 1000 to 10000 PSI.
Anti-Scratch Sealing Design: The valve core (with Stellite alloy overlay welding) and valve stem are formed by precision rolling. When the handle is turned until the valve core contacts the valve seat, the valve core stops rotating with the stem and moves straight downward only.
Extended Service Life: No rotational friction occurs between the valve core and the valve seat, effectively preventing scratching of the precision sealing surface, reducing component wear and greatly extending the overall service life of the valve.
