High-Pressure Ball Valves with Flanged Ends
1. Product Description
The high-pressure ball valve with flanged ends divides the valve body into three parts at the two valve seat positions along the section perpendicular to the axis of the valve channel. The Q41N high-pressure ball valve with flanged ends is symmetric left and right along the central axis of the valve stem. It is mainly used on pipelines to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium.
The large pivot structure of the high-pressure ball valve with flanged ends ensures the accurate center position of the ball under high pressure and the good operating performance of the valve; the standard valve seat of the high-pressure ball valve with flanged ends adopts a spring structure, which pushes the valve seat to the ball, ensuring good bidirectional sealing performance at the inlet and outlet; using the built-in drain valve, the middle cavity of the valve body can be drained outward; the pivot adopts a blow-out prevention structure to effectively prevent leakage; the bearing with low friction coefficient reduces the torque to a minimum, facilitating the opening and closing of the valve; the effective contact between the valve stem and the valve body makes the anti-static grounding device have superior performance, etc.
It has the advantages of excellent performance, high reliability, wide application and reasonable price. It is suitable for chemical, petroleum, natural gas, metallurgy and other industries, as well as long-distance natural gas pipelines containing hydrogen sulfide medium, many impurities and severe corrosion.

3. Structural Working Principle
3.1 Anti-blowout Stem & Reliable Sealing Structure
The valve stem adopts bottom-mounted design with inverted back seal fitted with sealing gaskets. The sealing force of back seal increases with the medium pressure inside valve cavity to realize reliable stem sealing. Even under abnormal pressure surge in valve chamber, the stem cannot blow out. V-type packing converts medium pressure inside cavity and tightening force of gland into stable sealing force for valve stem.
3.2 Fire-Safe Structure
Fire-safe construction is available upon request. If soft sealing ring is burnt out during fire accident, all sealing positions will form metal-to-metal hard seal, blocking medium leakage and preventing fire spread.
3.3 Anti-Static Structure
Anti-static design optional as demand. Conductive springs are installed between ball & stem, stem & valve body to form continuous static conductive path. Static charge generated during valve operation is conducted to pipeline and ground, eliminating static spark risk for flammable media and guarantee system safety.
