High-Pressure Needle Valves
High-Pressure Needle Valve Product Introduction
Definition of High-Pressure Needle Valve
A high-pressure needle valve is a precision control valve suitable for high-pressure fluid systems (e.g., hydraulic, petroleum, chemical industries). Its core function is to accurately regulate or shut off small flows of high-pressure media, featuring high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, reliable sealing, and high flow control precision.
Working Principle of High-Pressure Needle Valve
Control is achieved through the precise cooperation of a needle-shaped valve core and a tapered valve seat. When the handwheel is rotated, the valve core moves along the axis, changing the gap with the valve seat: a larger gap increases media flow, while a smaller gap reduces flow; when the valve core is fully attached to the valve seat, the valve closes to block media circulation. The needle-shaped core enables fine adjustment of micro-flows, meeting the precise control needs of high-pressure working conditions.

Selection Guide of High-Pressure Needle Valve
System Pressure: The selected rated pressure should be 1.2-1.5 times higher than the system working pressure to avoid damage due to overpressure
Medium Characteristics: Choose 316 stainless steel valve body for corrosive media, and metal seal structure for high-temperature media
Flow Requirement: Match the nominal diameter according to the actual flow range; prioritize DN1-DN10 models for small flows
Connection Method: Select threaded or flange connection based on pipeline design to ensure installation compatibility
