Definition of Integral Double Block Valve
The integral double block valve is mainly used in hydrogenation units, acting as an instrument root valve or process valve. The imported integral double block valve features a single valve body with dual centers, which jointly control two independent flow channels, and is equipped with short pipes at both ends.
The valve body and the short pipes at both ends are integrally forged and machined as a complete whole, with no welding points throughout the structure. This integrated design ensures high structural strength, zero leakage risks caused by welding defects, and stable performance under harsh working conditions.
It adopts a two-section combined structure, consisting of an upper threaded valve stem and a lower valve stem with reverse seal. During the valve opening process, the upper valve stem rotates to drive the adjustment, while the lower valve stem remains non-rotating and only moves up and down along the axis. This design brings excellent packing seal performance and light, labor-saving opening and closing operation, suitable for long-term frequent use.
