Pneumatic High-Pressure Globe Valves
Definition of Pneumatic High-Pressure Globe Valve
The pneumatic high-pressure globe valve is a professional fluid control valve designed for high-pressure and high-temperature industrial pipelines, suitable for various system pipelines in petroleum, chemical engineering, hydropower and thermal power plants. It operates under a nominal pressure range of PN20~50MPa and an operating temperature ≤540℃, mainly used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline stably.
This valve generally adopts a reinforced welded structure, and is particularly widely used in various system pipelines of thermal power plants. It is compatible with media such as steam and oil products, and boasts outstanding high-temperature and high-pressure resistance. The pneumatic welded high-pressure globe valve features excellent corrosion resistance and sufficient structural strength, with core advantages of exceptional high-temperature and high-pressure resistance and a unique self-sealing design — the higher the medium pressure, the more reliable the sealing performance, ensuring zero leakage under extreme working conditions.
Advantages of Pneumatic High-Pressure Globe Valve
Pressure Self-Tightening Sealing: The valve cavity adopts a professional pressure self-tightening sealing structure, and the sealing performance improves synchronously with the increase of internal cavity pressure, ensuring stable sealing under high-pressure conditions.
Reliable Stem Sealing: The valve bonnet stuffing box has a reasonable depth design, and the packing is equipped with a special corrosion inhibitor, ensuring long-term reliable sealing and smooth, labor-saving opening and closing operation.
Upper Sealing Protection: Equipped with a special upper sealing structure, effectively preventing medium leakage through the valve stem when the valve is fully open and in normal operation.
Flexible Welded Connection: Both ends of the branch pipe adopt a sturdy welded structure, and the welding groove can be customized according to international standards or user specific requirements, adapting to diverse pipeline installation needs.

Product Features of Pneumatic High-Pressure Globe Valve
Standardized & Reasonable Design: Careful selection of raw materials, strict compliance with international industrial standards, reasonable structural layout and elegant, compact appearance.
Wear-Resistant Sealing Surfaces: The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are formed by iron-based alloy surfacing welding or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing welding, featuring excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, with a long service life.
High-Strength Valve Stem: The valve stem undergoes complete quenching and tempering treatment plus surface nitriding treatment, with outstanding corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, adapting to long-term frequent operation.
Diversified Connection Standards: Supports various international piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types, fully meeting diverse engineering needs and user customized requirements.
Flexible Material Selection: Complete range of valve body materials available; packing and gaskets can be reasonably matched according to actual working conditions or user needs, suitable for various pressure, temperature and medium scenarios.
Convenient Maintenance Design: The reverse seal is formed by a thread-connected seal seat or body surfacing with austenitic stainless steel, ensuring reliable sealing. The packing can be replaced without shutting down the machine, which is convenient and fast and does not affect the normal operation of the pipeline system.
