Stainless Steel Needle Valves
Stainless steel needle valves can withstand higher pressure and have excellent sealing performance compared to other types of valves. Therefore, they are generally used for sealing gaseous or liquid media with small flow rates and high pressures. Stainless steel needle valves are ideally suited for use with pressure gauges, and most of them are designed with threaded connections.

Selection Notes for Stainless Steel Needle Valve
1. For pipeline systems and devices with low‑temperature media, select low‑temperature needle valves equipped with bonnets.
2. For pipeline systems of catalytic cracking units in refinery units, lift‑type needle valves can be adopted.
3. For devices and pipeline systems with corrosive media such as acid and alkali in chemical systems, select stainless steel needle valves with seat sealing rings made of austenitic stainless steel.
4. When flow regulation is required, adopt regulating needle valves with V‑notch driven by worm‑gear, pneumatic or electric actuators.
5. For urban coal gas and gas pipelines, select needle valves with flange connection and internal thread connection.
