T-Type High-Pressure Filter
The T‑Type High‑Pressure Filter is composed of components such as a valve body, flange, filter screen, valve cover, and fasteners. When installed on a pipeline, it can remove large solid impurities from the fluid, ensuring that mechanical equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.) and instruments operate and function normally. This achieves the effects of stabilizing the process and ensuring safe production. The filter screen materials of this product mainly include stainless steel porous plates, stainless steel woven meshes, stainless steel sintered meshes, etc.

Working Principle
There are three types of high‑pressure T‑type filters: straight‑through type, forward‑fold flow type, and reverse‑fold flow type. The forward‑fold flow high‑pressure T‑type filter and the reverse‑fold flow high‑pressure T‑type filter are basically the same in appearance, structure, size, and function. The biggest difference lies in the different installation positions of the wire mesh in the filter cartridge: the wire mesh of the forward‑fold flow type is installed inside the filter cartridge, while that of the reverse‑fold flow type is installed outside. During filtration, the forward‑fold flow type generally allows fluid to flow from the inside out, while the reverse‑fold flow type generally allows fluid to flow from the outside in.
This type of high‑pressure T‑type filter is widely used in pipelines carrying various media such as steam, air, water, and oil products. It is used to protect various equipment in the pipeline system (such as water pumps and valves) from blockage and damage caused by debris like rust and welding slag in the pipelines. This product has the characteristics of strong anti‑pollution performance, convenient sewage discharge, large flow area, small pressure loss, simple structure, and small volume.
