Y-type High Pressure Needle Globe Valves
Definition
Y-type high pressure needle globe valve is designed for high temperature and high pressure applications, achieving maximum flow capacity and minimum leakage. It is available in cast (standard) and forged (optional) configurations.
Structural Features
Optimized flow path minimizes flow direction changes and pressure drop
Robust valve body design reduces body deformation and leakage
Split construction minimizes body stress, extending service life of the body and hardfacing
Precise disc alignment via seat ring reduces leakage between disc and seat
Certified to ISO 158748-1, 2500 pressure class, CO3 durability class (2500 mechanical cycles) for fugitive emissions
API 624 certified for fugitive emissions
