Pneumatic angle seat valve with solenoid valve is mainly composed of a new type of pneumatic actuator, solenoid valve and angle seat valve body. It is widely used in beer production, textile printing and dyeing & bleaching, pharmaceutical and medical equipment, food processing, rubber machinery, organic and inorganic chemical industry, cleaning, disinfection and high-temperature sterilization, water treatment and other industries. It is suitable for media including water, liquid, neutral gas, steam, slightly corrosive gas and liquid. Compared with solenoid valves and other valves, it has the characteristics of economical investment, safe use, maintenance-free operation and long service life.

Working Principle

1. Pneumatic Control

The opening and closing of the angle seat valve is controlled by the air pressure signal provided by the air source. When the air pressure signal arrives, the air source drives the piston or diaphragm to move through the pneumatic control unit, making the valve core separate from or contact with the valve seat, so as to control the on-off of the medium.

2. Electromagnetic Control

The pneumatic angle seat valve with solenoid valve function controls the on-off state of the solenoid valve through electrical signals. When an electrical signal is input, the solenoid valve controls the on-off of the air source, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the angle seat valve.

Applicable to angle seat valves of all calibers, and can be connected with 2/5 way or 2/3 way solenoid valves.
