Cryogenic Material System: The valve body is made of cryogenic-specific stainless steel or nickel-based alloy, and the sealing elements are made of low-temperature resistant PTFE, ensuring no embrittlement at -196℃.
Multi-Layer Sealing Design: Adopts a combined metal and non-metal sealing structure; the first layer of soft seal ensures zero leakage at low temperatures, and the second layer of metal seal provides fire safety protection.
