Electric Actuated 3-Piece Welded Ball Valves are designed with excellent performance and easy maintenance. Their 3-piece structure allows the central part, which includes the ball, stem and valve seat assembly, to be quickly removed from the pipeline without affecting the welded connections. This enables effective removal of accumulated sediments, replacement of seals and gland packing, and polishing of minor defects on the ball surface, while the valve body remains firmly installed in the pipeline system. Designed with maintainability and service life in mind, this valve is an ideal choice for applications requiring high reliability and minimal downtime.
