Control Type Electric Actuated 3-Piece Ball Valves
Control type Electric Actuated 3-Piece Ball Valves are composed of control type electric actuators and 3-piece ball valves (optional types: 3-piece female threaded ball valves, 3-piece butt-welded ball valves, 3-piece socket-welded ball valves, 3-piece clamp ball valves). The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with reverse sealing, which prevents the stem from being ejected when abnormal pressure rises in the valve cavity.
Other connection forms of 3-piece ball valves include butt weld (BW) and socket weld (SW), all of which can be equipped with standard ISO bracket platforms and locking devices. The 3-piece ball valve is small in size, consisting of three parts of valve shells, which clamps the middle valve body and valve ball from both ends through four long bolts. Its advantage is that the pipeline thread does not need to be disassembled during maintenance and disassembly; the middle part of the valve body can be taken out directly by disassembling four bolts.
