Electric PTFE-lined butterfly valves
Electric PTFE-lined butterfly valves are rotary butterfly valves with a 90° rotation angle, featuring strong functions, small volume, light weight, low cost, reliable performance, simple supporting facilities, and large flow capacity. Electric PTFE-lined butterfly valves adopt lining technology to line thick polymer materials on the flow-through components, valve body, butterfly plate, and valve stem, with excellent corrosion resistance. They can be applied to media such as acids, alkalis, salts of any concentration, oxidants, reducing agents, and organic solvents.
Installation Notes
When installing the electric PTFE-lined butterfly valve, first close the valve and then proceed with installation to prevent damage to the sealing surface of the butterfly plate. The flanges of the two pipelines should be parallel to ensure that the contact pressure between the valve and the pipeline flanges is uniform after tightening. The inner hole of the pipeline flange should not be too large, ensuring it is no more than 5mm, to prevent deformation and failure due to incorrect pressure position of the pressure plate.
