Electric flanged butterfly valves
Electric flanged butterfly valves are usually composed of an angular stroke electric actuator and a butterfly valve, which are mechanically connected as a whole and jointly formed after installation and commissioning. The flanged butterfly valve can be quickly opened and closed by rotating 90°, which is easy to operate and has excellent fluid control characteristics. It is suitable for installation in drainage, regulation and water pipelines in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power plants, urban water supply and drainage, environmental protection, food, papermaking, environmental protection facility construction and other industrial systems, and is especially suitable as a closing device.
Features
The upper cover of the valve body is overlay-welded with hard alloy, which has good wear resistance and long service life.
The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal sealing and elastic sealing.
The electric flanged butterfly valve adopts a three-dimensional eccentric sealing structure. The valve seat and butterfly plate have almost no wear when opening and closing, which has the advantage of better sealing performance.
The large-diameter specification adopts a high-strength, high-flow area and small-flow spinning frame structure.
Working Principle
Using the standard 4-20mA signal input by the electric actuator, the motor unit drives the gear, worm and worm gear to rotate the butterfly plate with angular torque. When the valve is in the fully open position, the thickness of the butterfly plate is the resistance of the medium flowing through the valve body, so the pressure drop generated by the valve is very small, thus having good flow control characteristics.
