Electric Shut-Off Butterfly Valves
The electric shut-off butterfly valve is composed of an angular stroke electric actuator and a straight-through cast butterfly valve body. The electric actuator features strong functions, small volume, light weight, cost-effectiveness, reliable performance and simple supporting facilities. The electric on-off butterfly valve body has large flow capacity. For normal temperature and clean media, the valve plate with soft seal (rubber ring, PTFE ring) can be selected to reduce leakage (up to zero leakage). For high temperature and high pressure working conditions, the three-eccentric hard seal structure can be adopted, using a "U"-shaped stainless steel sealing ring. This precision elastic sealing ring is in three-dimensional eccentric contact with the polished butterfly plate. It solves the disadvantage that the sealing surface of the traditional eccentric butterfly valve is still in sliding contact friction during the 0°~10° opening and closing process, realizing the effect that the sealing surface of the butterfly plate is separated instantly when opening and sealed immediately when closing, so as to extend the service life and improve the sealing performance.
