Electric Actuated Plastic Ball Valve
The Electric Actuated Plastic Ball Valve is made of anti‑corrosion UPVC engineering material. It adopts double union connection for easy disassembly and simple maintenance. It is mainly used for shut‑off or modulation in pipelines carrying various corrosive media. The electric device drives the valve stem and ball core to open and close the valve. It features few leakage points, high strength and anti‑scaling performance, delivering reliable corrosion resistance. It is the preferred product for water treatment and pipeline systems with acid, alkali and corrosive media.

Working Principle
The Electric Actuated Plastic Ball Valve realizes opening and closing under the control of electric actuator. When powered on, the internal motor of the electric actuator drives the valve stem via transmission components, rotating the ball inside valve body to open or close the pipeline. By controlling the electric actuator, users can precisely adjust valve opening degree to control and regulate pipeline fluid.
Structural Features
1. Double union joint design for convenient installation and disassembly, stable operation and reliable sealing performance.
2. Light‑weight valve body with flexible rotation, simple matching and large flow capacity.
3. All components are assembled from UPVC injection‑molded parts with good strength, toughness and long service life.
4. Sanitary and non‑toxic material complying with hygiene standards, wear‑resistant and highly corrosion‑resistant for broad application scope.
5. F4 sealing ring provides excellent corrosion resistance, widely used in acid‑alkali and chemical solution systems of multiple industries.

Installation Instructions
1. Select proper installation position to ensure convenient installation and operation of the ball valve.
2. Mount the ball valve onto pipeline and confirm correct inlet and outlet direction.
3. Connect valve and pipeline with proper sealing materials to prevent leakage at joints.
4. Connect electric actuator to valve and wire strictly according to actuator manual.
5. Switch on power supply, test opening‑closing performance and adjust actuator parameters.
Common Faults & Troubleshooting
1. Valve leakage: Caused by aging or damaged sealing parts. Replace sealing components.
2. Electric actuator fails to start: Power supply fault or internal actuator damage. Check power supply; repair or replace actuator if power is normal.
3. Valve cannot fully close: Damaged seat or deformed ball. Inspect seat and ball and replace damaged parts.
4. Too slow opening‑closing speed: Improper speed setting of actuator. Adjust speed parameters of electric actuator.
