Electric 2-Piece Ball Valves
Electric 2-Piece Ball Valves
Electric 2-piece ball valves are suitable for various pipelines with a nominal pressure of PN1.0~6.4MPa and an operating temperature of -29~180℃ (with reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene sealing rings) or -29~300℃ (with para-polyphenylene sealing rings).Electric Actuated Valves with threaded connections are used for on-off and throttling applications, serving to cut off or connect the medium in pipelines.
Working Principle and Characteristics
The electric actuator has a built-in servo system, eliminating the need for an additional servo amplifier. It can operate with a 4-20mA input signal and 220VAC power supply. Electric 2-piece ball valves feature simple wiring, compact structure, small size, light weight, low flow resistance, and stable and reliable operation.
Electric 2-piece ball valves can be categorized into: Electric 2-Piece Threaded Ball Valves and Electric 2-Piece Butt Welded Ball Valves. They are suitable for a variety of media including water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, acetic acid, etc.
