1. Carefully selected materials complying with relevant domestic and international standards, with reasonable structure and attractive appearance.
2. The sealing surfaces of disc and seat are overlaid with iron‑base alloy or Stellite cobalt‑base hard‑facing alloy, delivering excellent wear‑resistance, high‑temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and anti‑scratch performance for long service life.
3. The stem is quenched‑tempered and surface‑nitrided for good corrosion resistance and anti‑scratch property.
4. Cast‑steel globe valves support various pipe flange standards and flange sealing face types to meet diverse engineering and customer requirements.
5. Complete range of valve body materials. Packing and gaskets can be properly selected according to actual working conditions or customer requirements, adapting to various pressure, temperature and medium conditions.
6. The back‑seat adopts thread‑connected sealing seat or body‑overlaid austenitic stainless steel for reliable sealing. Packing replacement can be carried out without shutdown, which is convenient and fast without affecting system operation.
