Pneumatic Slurry Knife Gate Valve
Pneumatic slurry knife gate valve is a trough‑free knife gate valve. It adopts ultra‑thin integrated valve body and flat single gate plate structure, which effectively solves many drawbacks such as poor sealing, short service life of slurry knife gate valves, easy blockage and heavy installation of gate valves. It is widely used in mine slag discharge, municipal sewage treatment, power plants, papermaking, chemical industry and many other fields.
Structural Features
1. Bidirectional sealing, zero leakage, high pressure differential resistance and full bore design for large flow capacity.
2. Trough‑free seat design prevents medium accumulation on sealing surface, avoiding seal leakage or gate jamming caused by medium deposit.
3. Precision cast one‑piece valve body structure.
4. U‑shaped elastic seat embedded inside valve body to fit closely with gate plate. Low friction during gate movement greatly extends seat service life and realizes bidirectional sealing.
5. Rubber O‑ring embedded in flange groove for convenient pipeline connection and reliable sealing performance.
6. Widely applied in municipal sewage treatment, papermaking, mine slag discharge and other industries.

Application Fields
Pneumatic slurry knife gate valve is suitable for coal preparation and slag removal in power plants, municipal sewage treatment, food, papermaking, pharmaceutical, petroleum, chemical industry for pipelines carrying oil, water and steam. It connects or cuts off cement slurry, gold ore powder, ore sand, slag, coal slurry, paper pulp, wood pulp, tailings, fiber, dust, chemical‑treated sewage, sedimentation tank, asphalt, silo outlet, fruit juice, grain, slaughterhouse waste water and other media.
