Equipped with accessories such as solenoid valve and proximity switch, it can realize two‑position on‑off control and signal output, as well as automatic continuous‑action control. Users can select configurations according to actual working requirements. The main body adopts cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel and other materials, with nominal diameter ranging from DN50 to DN1000. Widely applied in chemical, coal, sugar‑making, sewage treatment, papermaking and other industries, it is an ideal sealing valve, especially suitable for regulation and throttling on pipelines in papermaking industry.

Main Structure and Features

1. This product adopts pneumatic drive to realize valve opening and closing.

2. Solenoid valve, limit switch, air source filter and other components can be additionally installed.

3. The knife gate plate is positioned above seals without contacting process fluid.

4. Double seat design enables bi‑directional flow and bi‑directional sealing. No need to consider medium flow direction during installation, and there is no flow‑direction indicator arrow or seat‑side indicator arrow on valve body.
