2-Piece Ball Valve
The 2‑piece ball valve is composed of two connected valve body parts (left and right), with the ball core clamped in the middle, balancing structural strength and maintenance convenience. Compared with the 1‑piece ball valve, it supports on‑site replacement of valve seats and sealing components. Compared with the 3‑piece ball valve, it features lower cost and more compact structure. Widely applied in industrial pipeline systems with high requirements for sealing performance and reliability, including petroleum, chemical, power, pharmaceutical and water treatment industries, it serves as an ideal on‑off control valve for medium pressure, normal and high temperature working conditions.
Structural Features
Reliable Bidirectional Sealing: Adopts elastic pre‑tightened seat design, achieving zero leakage up to ANSI Class VI standard.
Higher Applicable Pressure: Standard pressure range covers PN16～PN64 (1.6～6.4MPa), meeting most industrial working conditions.
Flexible Material Selection: Valve body and ball are optional with 304, 316, CF8M and other stainless steel materials, suitable for corrosive media.
