Stainless Steel Ball Valves
Stainless Steel Ball Valve is a widely used valve in industrial production. Its main body is usually made of high‑quality stainless steel, such as 304 stainless steel, featuring excellent rust resistance and long service life. The working principle of the ball valve is to realize opening and closing by rotating the valve core. It has a compact structure, small volume, reliable sealing performance and convenient maintenance.

Structure Principle
The stainless steel ball valve consists of valve body, ball, valve seat, packing, sealing ring, valve stem and operating device. The ball serves as the control component of the ball valve to open or close the valve through rotation. The valve seat provides sealing performance to prevent leakage when the valve is closed.
Classification
According to structural form and connection type, stainless steel ball valves can be divided into trunnion mounted stainless steel ball valves, floating stainless steel ball valves, 3‑way stainless steel ball valves, 4‑way stainless steel ball valves and others. According to connection modes, they include threaded stainless steel ball valves, welded stainless steel ball valves, flanged stainless steel ball valves and so on.
Product Features
Strong corrosion resistance. Made of stainless steel material, the valve delivers outstanding corrosion resistance. It can operate stably for a long time under corrosive media and extend service life.
Excellent sealing performance. The ball acts as the switching component. It opens and closes by rotation to effectively prevent medium leakage and guarantee safety of process flow.
Flexible and convenient operation. It supports manual or automatic control. Fast switch operation improves working efficiency.
Good high‑temperature resistance. It can run stably under high‑temperature conditions without being easily affected by temperature to ensure stable process operation.
Low maintenance cost. Simple structure and easy maintenance reduce maintenance expenses and improve equipment reliability.
