Stainless Steel Ball Valves
Stainless Steel Ball Valves: Features, Technical Parameters & Applications
Stainless Steel Ball Valve is a widely used valve in industrial production. Its main body is usually made of high-quality stainless steel, such as 304 stainless steel, featuring excellent rust resistance and long service life. The working principle of the ball valve is to realize opening and closing by rotating the valve core. It has a compact structure, small volume, reliable sealing performance and convenient maintenance.
Structural Features
The sealing structure of the stainless steel ball valve is designed and manufactured in accordance with automatic control valve standards, suitable for high-frequency switching.
The valve stem seal of the imported stainless steel ball valve adopts a structure of stainless steel pressure spring + self-locking nut + Teflon sealing ring.
It automatically adjusts the sealing tightness, with reliable performance, small torque, strong corrosion resistance and long service life.
The sealing ring can be selected as PTFE + graphite according to requirements, which can withstand higher temperatures.
