Conclusion
The 3-piece ball valve can achieve tight closure with only 90° rotation and low operating torque. The straight-through inner cavity provides a low-resistance flow channel for media. Originally designed for full opening and full closing on-off control, it is now optimized to realize throttling and flow regulation functions. Featuring compact structure, easy operation and convenient maintenance, it is widely applicable for conventional media such as water, solvent, acid and natural gas, as well as harsh working condition media including oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene. The valve body can be designed as integral or combined type to meet diverse installation and application requirements.
