3-Piece Ball Valves: Introduction & Technical Parameters

The valve body of the 3-piece ball valve is cast with advanced technology, featuring reasonable structure and beautiful appearance. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts an under-mounted structure with back sealing; when the pressure in the valve cavity is abnormally increased, the valve stem will not be blown out. The connection forms include thread, flange, butt weld (BW) and socket weld (SW), all of which can be equipped with international standard ISO bracket platforms and locking devices. A 90° on-off positioning mechanism can be set, and a lock can be added as needed to prevent misoperation. Drive methods: manual, electric, pneumatic.
