Structural Design

The valve body is cast or forged with compact structure and nice appearance. The spool and stem of O‑type 3‑way ball valve perform rotary motion. The spool keeps tight contact with the seat during rotation and delivers strong shearing capacity.

The seat can be pre‑loaded by cylindrical springs or disc springs, featuring automatic compensation, self‑sealing and automatic cavity pressure relief, suitable for high‑temperature and high‑pressure working conditions.

Optimized ball rotation design ensures smooth ball operation and reduces operating torque.

Soft‑seal and hard‑seal options are available. Sealing surfaces can be hardened to fit multiple working conditions.

Automatic cavity pressure relief design: when trapped medium inside valve body rises in temperature and causes abnormal pressure rise, pressure can be released automatically by seat function without safety valve, improving system safety.

The ball valve can be equipped with anti‑static structure and anti‑blow‑out stem structure.

Any port of 3‑way ball valve can serve as inlet without leakage. It can be manufactured into L‑port or T‑port channel according to working conditions for easier installation.
