3-Way Flanged Ball Valves
3-Way Flanged Ball Valves: Introduction, Structural Features & Technical Parameters
3-way flanged ball valves are divided into "L-type flanged ball valves" and "T-type flanged ball valves". The L-type is suitable for switching the flow direction of media and can connect two mutually perpendicular channels. The T-type is suitable for media splitting, confluence or flow direction switching. The double-layer valve stem packing meets the leakage test requirements, and the valve can be inspected and maintained without removing the entire valve body after the system is depressurized.
Structural Features
The 3-way ball valve adopts an integrated structure in design.
The 3-way ball core is divided into T-type and L-type, with long service life, large flow capacity and small resistance.
Pneumatic 3-way ball valves are divided into single-acting and double-acting types according to the action mode. The characteristic of the single-acting type is that once the power source fails, the ball valve will be in the state required by the control system.
It adopts the sealing type of face valve seat, with few flanged connections, high reliability, and the design achieves lightweight.
The valve adopts a three-body structure, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and easy for on-site maintenance and replacement. Its flow channel is smooth, and the fluid resistance is small.
It has an anti-static structure, and the under-mounted valve stem and packing structure design prevents the valve stem from falling off. It has a small volume and saves installation space.
