Carbon Steel Ball Valve refers to ball valves manufactured from carbon steel materials. In pipeline systems, carbon steel ball valves are mainly used for shut‑off, diversion and flow direction adjustment of media. It can achieve tight shut‑off only with a 90‑degree rotation and small operating torque.

Installation and Operation
1. Before connecting with pipelines, flush and remove residual impurities inside the pipeline.
2. Do not lift by the valve actuator during installation, to avoid damage to actuator and accessories.
3. This type of valve shall be installed on horizontal or vertical pipelines.
4. The pipeline near installation position shall not sag or bear external force. Pipe supports shall be used to eliminate pipeline displacement.
5. After pipeline connection, cross‑tighten flange bolts according to specified torque value.
