Plastic Ball Valves
Plastic Ball Valves: Overview, Features & Applications
Plastic ball valves are suitable for throttling in the transportation process of corrosive media. Depending on different materials, the applicable temperature ranges are -14℃~100℃ and -40℃~180℃. All parts are assembled and formed by injection-molded parts such as RPP or PVDF. Plastic ball valves have excellent corrosion resistance, and the sealing ring is made of F4, which extends the service life. They feature flexible rotation and easy operation.
The integral plastic ball valve has fewer leakage points, high strength, and is convenient for assembly and disassembly.
Overview of UPVC, PVDF, CPVC, FRPP Plastic Ball Valves
UPVC Plastic Ball Valves: The main material of the valve body is full-plastic UPVC (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride). The valve body is light in weight, strong in corrosion resistance, compact and beautiful in appearance. It is easy to install due to its light weight, has a wide application range, and the material is hygienic and non-toxic. It is wear-resistant, easy to disassemble and maintain, and suitable for direct drinking water systems.
CPVC Plastic Ball Valves: The main material of the valve body is full-plastic CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride), which has the advantages of compact structure, wear resistance, and simple and easy maintenance. The valve body material is hygienic and non-toxic, strong in corrosion resistance, light in weight, and has a wide application range. For example, it is used in pure water and drinking water pipeline systems, drainage and sewage pipeline systems, brine and seawater pipeline systems, hydrochloric acid and chemical solution systems and other industries.
FRPP Plastic Ball Valves: The main material of the valve is full-plastic FRPP (reinforced polypropylene). Its products have good toughness, high strength, excellent processing performance, good creep resistance at high temperatures, and have the unique advantage of high transparency of reinforced polypropylene. It can be widely used in the production of pipes, sheets, daily necessities, packaging materials, household appliance parts and various films, and is suitable for hot water.
PVDF Plastic Ball Valves: The main material of the valve body is full-plastic PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride). PVDF has good chemical stability, excellent chemical corrosion resistance and good heat stability, and can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -62℃ to 150℃. At the same time, it has a large dielectric constant and is one of the good insulating materials. It can resist all salts, acids, alkalis, halogens and other media except hydrochloric acid and strong solvents. It is non-flammable, resistant to fatigue fracture, wear-resistant, and has good self-lubricating performance.
