High-Pressure Butterfly Valves
High-Pressure Butterfly Valves: Introduction, Technical Parameters & Product Features
High-Pressure Butterfly Valves are a type of hard-seal butterfly valves, adopting an eccentric metal sealing structure with a metal-to-metal sealing form. They can be replaced with metal sealing rings for metal-to-metal sealing as needed, or use stainless steel plate and graphite composite plate sealing rings for metal-to-metal sealing. Their butterfly discs are installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical channel of the valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly disc rotates around the axis, with a rotation angle between 0° and 90°. When rotated to 90°, the valve is fully open, thereby realizing the opening or closing of the pipeline. They are mainly used as shut-off valves and can also be designed to have the functions of cutting off and throttling regulation.

Product Features
The latest computer technologies (CAE, CFD) are applied to the entire series of products;
All products are processed by CNC machine tools or machining centers, with high precision of the sealing surface;
Adopt tri-eccentric structure and conical surface sealing, which becomes tighter as it closes, with self-compensation function;
The sealing surface is processed by five-axis machining centers with McGraw grinding process, ensuring high sealing precision;
The butterfly disc adopts a turtle-back design, featuring high strength and low flow resistance.
