Rubber Lined Butterfly Valves
Rubber-lined butterfly valves can be fitted with electric or pneumatic actuators, serving as required products for flue gas desulfurization systems. To resist corrosion from limestone slurry and gypsum liquid, the disc and stem are made of corrosion-resistant alloys, while the seat adopts wear-resistant rubber to withstand erosion caused by suspended solid particles in fluids. The product features excellent wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance.

Structural Features
1. Half-shaft design ensures only two components (disc and seat) come into contact with the medium. It effectively prevents corrosion, extends service life and maximizes flow capacity.
2. Triple shaft end sealing prevents external leakage reliably.
3. Tight fit between smooth disc and seat eliminates internal leakage and reduces valve operating torque.
4. Replaceable seat retainer ring avoids expansion and deformation of rubber seats, simplifying seat replacement.
5. The rubber seat is directly vulcanized onto the retainer ring, suitable for high flow velocity and vacuum conditions with long service life.
6. Self-lubricating bearing sleeves lower friction, reduce maintenance work and prolong service life.
7. Multiple optional materials for seats and discs enable the valve to adapt to various working media.
