Features and Advantages
The main seal is a three-dimensional multi-layer metal hard seal, i.e., stainless steel-stainless steel. When the valve is opened or closed, the friction stroke between the sealing surfaces is short, the service life of the sealing surfaces is long, the valve becomes tighter when closed, and the sealing performance is reliable. The elastic characteristics of the composite metal sealing ring enable the valve to have zero leakage performance.
The tri-eccentric structure design is adopted to reduce the friction between the sealing surfaces, realizing the triple compensation effect of the valve during actual working condition operation, which makes the valve have higher performance and longer service life.
The right-angle rotation frictionless design is achieved through a unique tri-eccentric principle, which eliminates the friction between the valve seat and the sealing ring during 90° on-off rotation. Lead-free oil-free self-lubricating bearings are adopted, which have the characteristics of strong load-bearing capacity, good wear resistance and small friction resistance.
The truss flow structure is adopted, and the local streamline design of the valve disc is realized, and the casting quality of the valve disc surface is improved to reduce flow resistance. The stainless steel ring is inlaid on the valve body with a conical structure, which is conducive to fluid circulation, and improves the casting quality of the valve body cavity to reduce flow resistance.
Epoxy resin electrostatic spraying is adopted, which has high performance and corrosion resistance, can better adapt to harsh working conditions and extend the service life.
