Lug Type Rubber Lined Butterfly Valves
Lug Type Rubber Lined Butterfly Valves: Introduction, Main Features & Technical Parameters
Lug Type Rubber Lined Butterfly Valves are a type of butterfly valves adopting lug type connection and polymer material lining technology on the flow-through components (valve body and butterfly disc). The lining material isolates the medium from the valve body, providing excellent corrosion resistance. They can be applied to media such as acids, alkalis, salts of any concentration, oxidants, reducers, and organic solvents. They are ideal products for throttling and regulating equipment used in pipelines and containers for gases, liquids, and semi-fluids in systems such as chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, papermaking, and hydropower industries.
Main Product Features
Compact and lightweight, easy to disassemble, assemble and maintain, and can be installed in any position.
Simple and compact structure, 90° rotation for quick opening and closing, with small opening and closing torque.
Bidirectional pressure bearing, achieving reliable sealing, with zero leakage in gas test.
Can be used for medium throttling and flow regulation; the flow characteristic tends to be linear, with excellent regulation performance.
No sediment accumulation in the pipeline, strong erosion resistance, and adaptable to harsh working conditions.
