Metal Hard Seated Butterfly Valves adopt a three‑eccentric multi‑layer metal sealing structure, with no mechanical wear, achieving zero leakage. They have excellent two‑way sealing performance and are the optimal devices for regulating flow, cutting off or connecting fluids in pipelines with different media such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, food, medicine, water supply and drainage, and gas transmission. By selecting different materials, they can be applied to media such as water, sewage, seawater, air, steam, gas, flammable gas, corrosive media, oil products and food, with a maximum operating temperature of up to 600℃.

Structural Features

1. Metal hard seated butterfly valve adopts three‑eccentric sealing structure. There is almost no wear between valve seat and disc, and it features tighter sealing effect with increasing pressure.

2. The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, possessing dual advantages of metal hard‑seal and elastic seal. It delivers excellent sealing performance under both low and high temperature conditions, with good corrosion resistance and long service life.

3. Hard‑faced cobalt‑base hard alloy is welded on the disc sealing surface for wear resistance and long service life.

4. Large‑size disc adopts truss structure with high strength, large flow area and low flow resistance.

5. The valve realizes bidirectional sealing function. Installation is not limited by medium flow direction or space position, and it can be mounted in any orientation.

6. The actuator can be installed at multi‑position (rotated by 90° or 180°) for convenient operation.
