Electric Actuated 3-Piece Ball Valves with Clamp Ends
Electric Actuated 3-Piece Ball Valves with Clamp Ends
Electric Actuated 3-Piece Ball Valves with Clamp Ends consist of electric actuators and 3-piece clamp ball valves connected by brackets. They are mainly used in pipelines also adopting clamp connection, and controlled by electric actuators to connect, cut off the medium, or regulate its flow rate and pressure.
3-Piece clamp ball valves are assembled from three parts: one valve shell on each side and a middle valve body, with four long bolts passing through and clamping the middle valve body from both ends. This structure features excellent pressure-bearing performance, convenient installation, and easy disassembly for maintenance and cleaning. During valve maintenance, the middle part of the valve body can be taken out directly by removing the four bolts without disassembling the pipeline threads. It not only reduces the probability of failure but also improves operation efficiency, making it particularly suitable for working conditions with small mechanical volume and narrow space.
Working Principle
Driven by the power supply voltage of the electric actuator, the valve core rotates 90° to open or cut off the medium, and it can also regulate the flow rate and pressure of the medium in the pipeline.
